1000.beauty is a curated directory of beauty products. The Service presents a hand-reviewed list of products, along with product information, links to the brands' or retailers' own websites, and user likes. The Service is intended for general information and discovery purposes only. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, and we shall have no liability to you for any such change. We reserve the right to refuse the Service to anyone at any time for any reason.Listings and paid submissions
Products may appear in the Service because they are selected by us or because a brand, retailer, or other party has submitted them for consideration. Some submissions may be subject to a listing fee paid through our payment processor, Stripe. Payment is processed by Stripe, and all payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. Every submission is manually reviewed before it goes live. We may approve or reject any submission in our sole discretion. If a paid submission is not approved, you will receive a full refund of the listing fee. We may remove, edit, or reorder any listing at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. You agree that you are solely responsible for any information you submit, and that you have the rights necessary to provide it (including any images, names, or descriptions).Third-party websites
The Service contains links to third-party websites, including the websites of brands and retailers ("GET IT" links and similar). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policy of every site you visit. Any product you purchase through a third-party website is a transaction between you and that third party.
